Jenny is our Project Manager for The Enchanting Ball, overseeing the event and ensuring things run smoothly from the planning stage right through to the implementation of the event. Shradha Joshi

Financial Manager

 

Shradha is our Financial Manager and has the important task of monitoring everything that is going in and going out! Shradha is working very closely with all of the team members in order for us to raise as much money for Over The Wall as possible which will ensure the charity can continue with their fantastic work! 

Saff Perkin

Health & Safety Manager

 

Every great event needs a lot of thought into the health and safety aspects, that’s where Saff comes in! Saff has carried out risk assessments to minimize any potential issues on the night and it’s her job to oversee the safety of attendees, volunteers, performers, suppliers, the rest of the team and everyone else involved and make sure everyone knows the various health and safety procedures. Saff also ensures the website is up to date with all of the latest news from the event, and provides you with lots of important information we feel you will want before the event takes place! Sian Wilson

Creative and Logistics Manager

 

Sian is the Creative Logistics manager for The Enchanting Ball. It is her responsibility to make sure the magical theme of the event shines through and creates a fairytale atmosphere to impress our guests! She will be ensuring that the guests "leave reality behind" for the night, just like Over The Wall enables ill children to do at their summer camps. The smooth running of the event is also part of Sian's responsibility, so helping to manage entertainment and the schedule on the night is also under Sian's job role. Exciting activities are underway to make you gasp in awe at The Enchanting Ball!

Rachel Kelly

Human Resource and Sponsorship Manager

 

Rachel is our Human Resource Manager and is in charge of the recruitment process for our volunteers. The volunteers have many important roles and responsibilities at the event, and their hard work will be rewarded. If you want to join the team, please get in touch!! Rachel also tackles the sponsorship side of the event; this is a vital part to the success of The Enchanting Ball. We would like to thank those businesses that have come on board so far, but we are always looking for more partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for local businesses and we are very accommodating to the requirements that you may have.

Matt Kemp

Entertainment Manager

 

Matt is our Entertainment Manager for the event, and is responsible for getting in touch and organising all of our entertainment for you to enjoy during the evening. Matt's job role involves liaising with celebrity agents, musicians and hosts for the evening to ensure that everyone has a great time in the audience. The action packed night that it is means there's all the more work to do!
